Working principle of a dust remover

　　Dust - containing gas enters the air inlet, the lower chamber and the upper chamber through the filter bag due to various effects of the filter bag. Dust gas is separated, dust is absorbed on the filter bag, and the gas enters the upper chamber through the filter bag through venturis tube and is discharged from the air outlet. During the process of dust gas purification through the filter bag, with the increase of time, more and more dust will accumulate on the filter bag, so the resistance of the filter bag will gradually increase and the amount of gas passing through the filter bag will gradually decrease. In order to make the dust collector work normally, the resistance should be controlled within a limited range (generally 120-150 mm water column). In this way, when the resistance rises to a limited range, the control instrument will issue instructions to trigger each control valve in order to open the pulse valve. The compressed air in the air bag is sprayed into the corresponding filter bag by the passage tube through each hole of the blowpipe. The filter bag expands rapidly under the action of the reverse airflow instantly, which makes the dust accumulated on the surface of the filter bag fall off and the filter bag is regenerated. The dust that has been cleared will fall into the dust hopper and be discharged from the body through the ash discharging system. The dust accumulated on the filter bag will be cleaned regularly and the purified gas will pass through normally to ensure the normal work of the dust collector.
