　　The equipment is designed by our factory for the annealing and quenching of low chromium ball, high chromium ball, high manganese steel and other parts.

　　Ii. Introduction to the organization

　　The bottom of the electric furnace can be moved by electric control, and the lifting is done by manual or electric control. The electric furnace is easy to use, which reduces the labor intensity and increases the load greatly.

　　The shell of the electric furnace and the shell of the trolley are welded by the section steel and steel plate. The electric heating element is a ni-Cr alloy element, which is banded or spiral mounted on the shelf brick on both sides of the furnace and on the bottom shelf brick of the trolley. The trolley is mechanically driven and installed with electrical interlock device. The heating element is made of 0Cr25A15 or 0Cr27AI7Mo2.

　　In order to improve the sealing of the furnace as far as possible, there is a sand sealing groove between the trolley and the furnace lining. In the process of using, the user can fill the sand groove with dry fine sand. Asbestos ink packing is used to seal the groove between the trolley and the back wall.
